Drop the docs/ folder entirely (architecture, roadmap, ADRs, research, review notes) and strip every reference: the README Docs section + the inline architecture link, the ci.yml comment pointer, and ~13 dangling docs/… citations in engine/pool code comments and two test docstrings (kept the explanatory text, removed the broken paths). pool-repo-template/ stays — it's functional scaffolding, not docs.
